How to use e-GO Carsharing

INITIAL REGISTRATION
APPLICATION APPROVAL
After filling in all the necessary information, you will be provided with the confimation of your registration within 24 hours. Once you receive an email confirmation, your account is ready for use. Once you finish, you'll receive a registration confirmation and your account will be ready to use.
DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS
Upon opening the e-GO app, a map of all available locations with vehicles will be displayed.
Find a location that suits you, click "reserve car," and your vehicle will be reserved for you for the next 15 minutes. During this period, you have enough time to reach the vehicle. If you don't reach the vehicle in 15 minutes, you can repeat the vehicle reservation process, assuming it is still available.
VEHICLE INSPECTION
Before starting the ride, follow instructions in the app for taking pictures of the vehicle or reporting any damage. This process takes only 2 minutes. Once you have confirmed all the steps, you are ready to drive.
DRIVING
The key and all necessary documents are in the glove compartment. Your vehicle is ready for use.
All our electric vehicles have automatic transmission, and all functions of an electric vehicle are the same as in standard vehicles.
PARKING
When you reach your desired destination, park your vehicle at the designated e-GO parking spot or in the marked parking zone. Parking locations are marked on the map in your app. You can end your trip only if you park the vehicle in the designated spot. If you plan to use the vehicle at multiple locations, you can park it wherever you like. Note that while the vehicle is parked outside the designated e-GO parking zones, it is considered as still being used, until it is parked in one of the designated e-GO parking spaces.
If the designated e-GO parking spot is occupied upon arrival, please park your vehicle in front of the inappropriately parked vehicle and contact e-GO support, in order for our logistics team to resolve the issue.
