Included mileage
No mileage limit: you can drive as many kilometers as you like during the rental period.
Insurance
If damage occurs during the rental period, the cost of the damage is paid by the customer, in
accordance with the rental terms.
Deposit
The full rental amount must be paid before pickup. The vehicle is released once your payment has
been recorded.
Charging policy
The vehicle is handed over to you fully charged. Customers get 30% off charging at our e-GO Charger stations. To use the discount, download the e-GO Charger app and follow the charging instructions in the app. When you return the vehicle, the battery must be at the same charge level as when you picked it up. Otherwise, an additional battery top-up fee may be charged.
Additional driver
An additional driver is allowed at no extra charge. The renter remains responsible for the vehicle for
the entire rental period.

Our working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Your vehicle booking must be confirmed by email within 30 minutes; otherwise, it will be
canceled.
Vehicles can be picked up and returned only during working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Please return the vehicle to the same station where you picked it up. Vehicles cannot be
returned to other locations.
Our vehicles may be used only within Bosnia and Herzegovina.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, a 40 KM
cancellation fee will be charged.
When you return the vehicle, please make sure the battery is charged to at least 80%. If the vehicle
is not returned with a sufficient charge, an additional fee will be charged.
Battery fee:
0%-50% 60KM,
51%-80% 40KM.
During your rental, you can park free of charge at e-GO`s leased parking locations.
