Registration and user account
In order to use the e-GO Pure motion Carsharing platform, you must be at least 19 years old and have a driving license for at least 1 year.
Registration is very simple - all you need is to download the app from Google Play or App Store, have your driver's license and credit card.
If user account is not automatically approved and requires verification by our team, you will receive a response within 24 hours.
No worries, it can happens to anyone. If you forgot your password, you can set a new one by clicking the "Forgot Password" button in the login form.
If you do not meet the conditions for registration, your user account may be rejected. In that case, you can try to register again when you meet the necessary conditions.
If you receive a message that your e-GO account is suspended, it is likely that we were unable to collect payment for your last ride, and you have entered an unauthorized negative balance. You can contact support or make a payment for the unauthorized balance through a secure link.
Payment and Credit Purchase
You can do this in the app by selecting the "Promo" link in the main navigation menu.
A refund is possible only if the credit has not been used, no later than 24 hours after purchase.
When purchasing E-GO credit, select the option "I want an invoice" and fill in the buyer's information. Our finance department will send you the invoice. An invoice is available for both individual users and legal entities.
The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured by using TLS encryption. Internet payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a method of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during transmission. This enables secure information transfer and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user's computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa. Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and Mastercard rules. e-GO Ltd. does not store credit card numbers, and the numbers are not available to unauthorized persons.

Ride
e-GO vehicles can be found at our parking locations throughout the city. Launch the app and explore all locations.
Using e-GO vehicles is simple. Find the desired vehicle and make a reservation. When you are next to the vehicle, check for any damages and report them through the app. Rate the cleanliness of the vehicle, and you can start your adventure.
When you want to end your ride, make sure to find the first available e-GO parking spot and park your vehicle. Leave the gear shift lever in the P position, activate the handbrake, leave the key in the glove compartment and take your belongings. In the app, click on "End Journey" and take 4 photos of the vehicle from each side.
You can park the vehicle anywhere and activate the "Pause Ride" option. The end of the ride must be at one of the e-GO parking locations and marked e-go zones.
e-GO vehicles are available for use from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day.
If e-GO receives a traffic violation ticket from the police authority, the user's data who was driving the vehicle at that moment will be provided to them.
n the event of a traffic accident, it is necessary to inform e-GO support and the police about it and wait for representatives to arrive at the accident site.
The e-GO Carsharing service is intended for the use of vehicles in the Sarajevo Canton. If you plan to go outside the Sarajevo Canton, you are obliged to call support, request permission and arrange trip details.
