Notes:

The working hours of e-GO Rent-a-car are from 06:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

It is necessary to confirm the vehicle reservation via email within 30 minutes, otherwise the reservation will be canceled. Vehicles can only be picked up and returned within the specified working hours. Please return the vehicle to the same station from which it was picked up. The vehicle cannot be returned to a different location from the one it was picked up from. The use of our vehicles is restricted to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you cancel the reservation within 24 hours before the scheduled vehicle pick-up, you will be charged a BAM 40 fee.

Please ensure that the battery is at least 80% charged when returning the vehicle. In case the vehicle is not returned with a sufficiently charged battery, an additional fee will be charged.

Battery fee:

 0%-50% BAM 60,

 51%-80% BAM 40.

Our company offers a 1-hour grace period past the vehicle set return time. Should you exceed such time you will be charged with additional 24-hour fee. Please note that you may pick up the vehicle maximum 15 minutes prior to the reservation.

Example: If you rent a vehicle for 6 hours, the maximum allowed delay is 6 hours + 60 minutes (time before the reservation + time after the mandatory vehicle return). If you rent a vehicle for 1 day, the maximum allowed delay is 24 hours + 60 minutes (time before the reservation + time after the mandatory vehicle return).

During the rental period, you may use e-GO parking locations for free. A map of locations is available in the app.

When renting an electric vehicle, you receive a 30% discount on charging through our e-charger app.

How to apply the discount?

• Download the e-GO charger app via App Store or Google Play and register your account.
• To activate the discount, send an email to [email protected] or call 080 020 402.
• The information on the nearest charging stations is provided by the app.
