Introductory notes

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the Policy), together with the Terms of Use, regulates the way in which the company e-GO doo Sarajevo, ID number: 4203120250003, with headquarters in Rajlovačka bb Street, 71 000 Sarajevo, BiH (hereinafter : Company) as the processing manager collects, processes and stores the personal data of the users of its services (hereinafter: You/Clients). As your business partner, we are committed to complying with all relevant standards in the way we treat personal data, and in particular:

  1. of the Law on Protection of Personal Data (Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina 49/06)

  2. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)


The policy applies only to the services that we as a Company offer to Clients, as well as to all activities related to our services such as surveys, activities on social networks, promotions and other marketing activities.

What data do we collect and for what purpose?
We collect only those personal data of Clients that are necessary for us to establish a business relationship and provide high-quality services. We classify the data we collect into the following groups: 1. Data that are required exclusively for establishing a business relationship and paying for services: Data on the location of the charger;

  • Contact information such as e-mail address, username, phone number;

  • Images of chargers stored on the application;

  • Data required for statistical purposes, with the aim of improving the experience of using the service in terms of its functionality and security:

  • IP address;

  • Device Information;

  • Information about the use of the application and service;

  • Data required to analyze the location and use of the vehicle:

  • City or country location;

  • Zip code;


Legal basis for data collection
The legal basis for data collection is contained in Art. 6th point. a) and b) of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which include:

  1. data collection in order for the Company to fulfill its obligations under the laws relevant to the provision of the service.

  2. data collection in order for the potential user of the service to enter into a contractual relationship with the Company and use the service he is interested in.


Security and data storage
In the processing of personal data, the Company undertakes all technical and organizational measures with the aim of achieving data security based on valid regulatory standards.

In the event of any security incident, the Company will take all measures and within 72 hours notify the competent authorities and data holders via the provided contacts about the security incident and possible consequences and risks arising from such an incident.

Customer data is stored depending on the way it was collected. If you provided the data based on your consent, storage lasts as long as your consent is valid. If you provided the data with the purpose of using the service, the data is stored as long as you are a user of the service. When you stop using the service, your data is also deleted and will not be used for the purposes for which it was used until then.

Data sharing with third parties
In order to ensure the best user experience and to meet regulatory requirements, we may share your information with the following third parties: 1. Business partners

  • We may share your information with business partners who participate in our marketing activities and provide customer discounts and other benefits.

  • Marketing ads may appear to Clients via e-mail or notifications when using the Internet and the Company's application. You can opt out of sharing your data and sending our marketing messages at any time through the "opt out" option in marketing notifications or by sending an e-mail to the contact in section 7 of the Policy.

  • To third parties as partners in the provision of services.

  • In order to ensure the highest quality service, we share your data with our partners in the provision of services, which are reflected in data storage, processing of various forms of payment, fraud protection, etc.

  • Regulatory requirements.

  • In case of any regulatory requests, by courts, tax authorities, police authorities, prosecutor's offices or other law enforcement agencies of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we will be obliged, based on the received requests, to forward the data to those institutions, which is also the Company's obligation in accordance with the current regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Your rights
In accordance with the provisions of this Policy and applicable regulations, as our Client you have the following rights: 1. Right of access and delivery of information

  • As a user of the service, you have the right to know, at any time, which personal data we use and how we process it.

  • Correction, deletion and blocking of data.

  • If you notice incorrect or incorrectly processed data, you have the right to request its correction.

  • If you believe that there is no longer a need to process your data, you can exercise the right to be forgotten, which includes the deletion of your personal data that was processed by the Company.

  • The right to object.

  • In case of any suspicion of illegal processing of personal data, you have the right to submit a complaint to the contact specified in section 7.
